The Daryel Adult Daycare is designed to offer participants and caregivers daytime programming, emotional support, and assistance with healthcare issues.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants should be medically stable and able to participate in the program, free from communicable disease, and able to move safely with the assistance of no more than one staff.

Our Programs
Adult Day Programs
Older adults can become isolated, depressed and frail. This can lead to hospitalization or placement at a nursing home. Legacy Adult Daycare and Heartland Adult Daycare programs provide a healthy alternative to keep them in the community longer.
Our Twin Cities Adult Day Program participants receive health monitoring, therapeutic services, and engage in a variety of activities.
Additional services may include:
- Transportation to and from the center
- Social services like counseling and support groups for caregivers
- Health support services like blood pressure monitoring and vision screening
